Reception Fee Structure

A security deposit of $200 is required for all receptions. There is a maximum time limit of 5 hours following the wedding ceremony for all receptions, including clean-up, and this maximum time limit cannot go past 10:00 pm.

Optional Wedding Services
Sound System (Wedding Only) $100
Sound System (1 hour rehearsal) $50
Soloist Fee (if Church Soloist is Used) $150
Accompanist Fee for Soloist $25
Organist at Rehearsal (1 hour) $100
Rental of aisle runner $60
Additional facility use time (per half hour) $100

Important Information
  • A $250 deposit is required to hold wedding date on calendar. (This deposit is fully refundable after the wedding)
  • A $200 security deposit is required to hold reception date on calendar. (This deposit, less $50, is refundable after the reception date.)
  • All wedding charges must be paid in full 30 days prior to wedding date.

Refund Policies
  • Cancellation 90 days or more prior to date: Full deposit refunded, less $25 for service charges.
  • Cancellation less than 50 days prior to date: No refund.
