She was soon on the road in the first conert tour of Jesus Christ, Superstar (pre-Broadway). After the tour played the Hollywood Bowl in 1971, she moved to Los Angeles and opened the Universal Amphitheater with Superstar in the summer of 1972.

In 1978, she entered the commercial world, singing the solo for that year's Mazda campaign. Since then, she's sung thousands of commercials as a solo and background artist, performing background duties for Frank Sinatra, Barry Manilow, Laura Branigan and Donna Summer. "Harbinger is a dream on its way to being fulfilled. When a career is all about doing a song the way the producer hears it, there's very little of your own soul that is allowed to shine through. This is a God-given opportunity, not only in the sense that my music and my voice are a gift from Him, but also in that He's allowed me to explore what I have to give as an artist with my partner in life, Jon. There is no greater joy than giving pleasure - and maybe some enlightenment - through our love for music, the love that we have for each other, and the search for a closer relationship to Him who gives us everything that we have."
