There's no substitute for a committed, experienced, well-trained staff.  These are the people you entrust your precious children to... the people who partner with you to create a bright future for that bundle of joy. 

CNS teachers are all credentialed and continue to seek enrichment education every year.  They attend in-service meetings to widen their skills and they keep abreast of the latest developments in early childhood training.  Additionally, some CNS staff members are active in state and local professional advocacy groups to ensure the best for pre-school children.  Key staff members are CPR and first aid trained.  Every staff member is capable of conducting emergency procedures and can handle any unusual circumstance that might arise.

LAUREN ERVIN, CNS Director
Lauren Ervin brings a passion for teaching and a wealth of experience to CNS.  With a history of successfully creating and operating early childhood environments, her leadership as our director carries our nurturing tradition into the 21^st Century.

She developed and operated a Home Daycare business for ten years while raising her own children.  In 1994, she completed her coursework in Early Childhood Education and Administration.  She taught preschool for several years before accepting a Director position which she held for seven years prior to joining us at CNS.
